Nuestra empresa
Calidad
Why is quality important for us?
For Textura, quality is important primarily because of its Customers and secondly for ourselves. We like our Customers and also like our products; for this very reason, we are utterly committed to quality goods and services. We have opened our own subsidiaries in several countries in order to be able to provide direct services to the highest standard to our Customers.
As we understand, quality does not only mean products of faultless quality, but also a committed staff and the expertise that has been collected by Textura and passed down to the next generations of staff for more than two decades.
In order to be able to meet our Customers’ and our own expectations in every respect, we monitor the life cycle of our raw materials from the yarn through manufacture then transport up until delivery to our Customers. Thus, or company works only with yarns and fabrics of faultless quality, which are subjected to continuous inspections and tests.
In order to be able to provide the same outstanding quality in each and every delivery, we have standardised and continuously develop our processes.
Our materials are made according to European standards, which can be viewed by clicking here.
What factors affect the quality of workwear fabrics?
In the case of workwearfabrics, many considerations jointly represent quality. Colour stability is important just like always faultless finishing, intact packaging or the damage-free transport of goods.
Colour
One of our most important tasks is to maintain the colour consistency of our fabrics. A key factor in ensuring colour consistency is to have continuous dyeing machines. Our textile goods are dyed with continuous dyeing machines without exception, thus colour consistency is always perfect within the same delivery.
Nearly 2,000 colours of PANTONE TEXTILE are stored in our system. For this very reason, irrespective of their similarity in colour to any extent, two rolls of different colours in stock are given different article numbers, since we are able to keep a record of up to 2,000 colour variants of a given product.
Custom colours
Our Customers often turn to us with custom colours conceived by them. In such a case, our task is not only to produce the colour, of course, but also to store it to ensure its irretrievability later. Due to this, the very same colour can be prepared again simply and quickly even several years later. After a second or subsequent order is received, the exact colour formula can be immediately retrieved from our archives.
Packaging
Why would we lay such an emphasis on the faultless manufacture of our products if we risked their intactness during the transport process?
Due to the accurate development and standardisation of the packaging process as well as to the detailed packaging guidelines issued to our Partners, the Textura quality our Customers are used to can be recognised from far away.
Most important points of the packaging and transport specifications for the fabrics:
PolyfilmIt is super strong and, at the same time, flexible to protect fabrics against any damage during transport.
Cardboard pipeIts inner diameter of 30 to 50 mm and wall thickness of 5 mm ensure that it can be easily rolled with a lever bar on the cutting table and does not crash under the weight of the material.
Barcode
Barcode labels provide the information required for the identification of the rolls.
What tests are the fabrics we distribute subjected to?
- Innovatex material composition and structure tests
- strength tests (breaking strength, tearing strength, yarn slip along the stitch, etc.)
- colour fastness tests (light, washing, rubbing, perspiration, dry cleaning, saliva, etc.)
- dimensional change tests
- surface change and durability tests (flexing resistance, imperviousness to water, air permeability, liability to creasing, pilling test, wear resistance, etc.)
- flame resistance tests
- chemical tests (contaminant content, prohibited allergenic colorants, conserving agents, fire retardants, etc.)
Protection environnementale
The protection of our environment is in the interest of our children, but is a task all of us must assume. Meeting the principles of environmental protection in the textile industry may greatly reduce the size of the ecological footprint left by factories. Since the very beginning, we have been working continuously on determining the adverse environmental impacts of our company and introducing specific measures to mitigate them.
What can a company in the textile industry do to reduce the extent of its environmental pollution?
- minimise its wastewater load (reuse, treatment)
- reduce its air pollution by reducing pollutant emissions
- reduce its waste releases
- reduce its indirect load factors (reduction of pollution arising from various transport tasks and packaging)
- minimise its noise load
Textura lays great emphasis on cooperating only with Partners that hold Oeko-Tex rating. This independent international rating institute analyses fabrics and audits their manufacturing process.
Areas of analysis and audit
- use of illegal materials
- use of regulated legal materials
- analysis for known harmful substances
- checking other aspects with an impact on human health.
Ecología textil
Textile ecology deals with four areas. These are: production, human impacts, quality of fabric use and waste treatment.
- In the area of production, it assesses what impacts the production of fabrics or clothes have on the environment and people. It includes workplace safety, energy efficiency, but also noise and dust exposure.
- The sub-area of human ecology focuses on humans to see what impacts fabrics and the materials used for their production have on humans.
- The quality of fabric use assesses what impacts the washing, cleaning and preservation of fabrics have on the environment.
- The area of waste treatment at the end of the process deals with the issue of how fabrics can be disposed of or recycled in an environmentally friendly way.
Responsabilidad Social Corporativa
- The field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been around since the 1960s. At that time, companies began to identify stakeholders which their operation had an impact on and to spell out the impacts themselves.
- As a responsible company, Textura continuously pays attention and spends efforts on matching the interests of our Customers, staff, Business Partners and environment. Our Corporate Social Responsibility covers the following areas:
- Statutory compliance. Our company has its own subsidiaries in several countries and has Customers and Business Partners in several dozen countries. Our operations comply with both international and local laws, and we also expect our Partners to comply. The most important statutory areas are the trade Acts, the Labour Code, the occupational health and safety Acts, as well as the written and unwritten rules of business ethics.
- The staff of Textura come from various countries and different cultural and language areas. This diversity brings unique values and perspectives to the life of our company. It is combined under the banner of common goals, giving a special character to our company.
- We believe in the principle of equal treatment. At our company, there is no discrimination on the basis of race, sex, marital status or religion.
- The greatest value of our company is its employees. All of our staff have clear job descriptions and know and understand the goals of their jobs. Their development is aided with trainings, individually tailored career trips and continuous feedback.
- At Textura, not only are the doors open, but also communication within our staff. A video conference system helps communication between the subsidiaries; as a result, the number of business trips has also been reduced, resulting in a smaller ecological footprint for the company.
- We continuously take steps to protect our environment. The most important areas which we concentrate on:
- use of recycled paper
- recycling of paper
- recycling of PET
- lighting with movement sensors
- use of energy-saving lighting fittings
- use of energy-saving computers
- environmentally friendly transport vehicles equipped with modern engines
- encouraging commuting by public transport and car sharing
- reduction of business trips
- We choose our supply Business Partners to ensure that we share the same values. In making deals with them, we are guided by fair practices and long-term cooperation in every respect. We pay our trade creditors in time on every occasion.
